As a teacher, Claudia’s primary goal is that her students practice with a keen awareness of alignment. She specializes in alignment for healthy yoga so that her students may practice yoga strongly and injury free for their whole lives.
It is necessary for us to find ways to restore clarity, productivity, health and other entities which will restore balance in our lives. Claudia Carnesella teaches yoga but she is more than simply a yoga instructor. She teaches you the fundamentals of nutrition, healthy positive attitudes, stretching, breathing, chanting, exercise, and yoga for beginners, intermediates and advanced students.
For Claudia, yoga is a way of life, it brings health, centers the body and mind, rejuvenates and brings joy and happiness to her life. She has taken this and her philosophy of teaching and is bringing them to students throughout the world, organizing and specializing in instructing international teacher trainings, as well as workshops and retreats.
