Claudia Carnesella has been practicing yoga for over fifteen years and teaching for ten. She trained with Chuck Miller and Maty Ezraty in the summer of 2004 as well as being mentored under Jasmine Lieb and  Heather Seiniger. For Claudia yoga is a way of life. Yoga brings health, centers, rejuvenates and brings a tremendous amount of joy and happiness to her life and these are the very benefits that she brings to her students. She is passionate to share these benefits with her students and understanding of the potential of their yoga practices and the many accessible benefits. Claudia has a strong athletic background, participating at a state and national level in holding track and field, cross-country running, swimming, volleyball and crew. She specializes in Hatha yoga and enjoys teaching all levels from beginners to advanced as well as therapeutic yoga and special needs.
